TELEMEDICINE PATIENT REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

  1. You can register one of two ways:
    1. Via the Internet: using Google Chrome as your browser, search for portal.anytimepediatrics.com or,
    2. Download the “Anytime Pediatrics” app on your mobile device.
  2. Set up “New User” with your email.
  3. You will complete Parent/Guardian information first.
  4. Select “yes” under “Find a Practice.” Our practice code is 1975. Once you enter the code, select “search” to find and save our clinic.

*Please make sure you check the “Add” box next to our name when it comes up and select “yes” when asked if you want to add Southwest Children’s Clinic to your practices. *

  1. Select “I don’t have insurance” -even if you do! We will bill your insurance through our system.
  2. Add your child’s information. If you have more than one child, please register all your children at this time.
  3. When you have completed the registration process, please notify us that your registration is complete by responding to this email, or contact us via [email protected].
