Nurse triage line available after hours, Sundays and on holidays.
The care of your child is important to us at all hours of the day or night. After business hours on Monday through Saturday, on Sundays and on Holidays, a triage nurse may always be reached by phone for urgent matters by calling (801) 563-1975 and listening to the phone prompts for further directions.
Appointments
Our appointment line opens at 8:00 am to schedule same-day sick visits or any other appointment type needed. Appointments, such as well-child visits, sports physicals, scout physicals, camp physicals, behavior and mental health consultation appointments and follow-up appointments, can be scheduled up to 1 year in advance.

for well and sick patients.
