Dr. Pari Mashkuri is excited about the future and continued development of Southwest Children’s Clinic. Born and raised in New York, Dr. Mashkuri attended medical school in Brooklyn, NY and completed her Pediatric residency in Los Angeles, CA. After two years of Pediatric ER in New York and working as a traveling doc in Alaska, she arrived in Salt Lake City in December 1996 to complete a three-month temporary assignment – and never left, finding private practice and the relationships with growing families a privilege. Initially drawn to the mountains in winter, Pari fell in love with all this state has to offer and has taken full advantage of the mountains, desert and rivers in all seasons. When not caring for your children or playing outside with her adorable dog Bernie, she enjoys traveling all over the world for fun, adventure and volunteer opportunities, and coast-to-coast to spend time with family.
